The App is not working?

Sometimes, browser caches, network issues or partially loaded service workers can cause the app to crash or not working properly. Clearing the browser cache sometimes fixes these issues.

Restore default settings and clear caches following this link:

You will not lose any stored plays or playbooks!

Alternatively try these steps if you are still experiencing issues:

  1. Hard Refresh the page:

  2. Unregister Service Worker

  3. Wait for 5 minutes to give the app some time to download the latest version

  4. Uninstall / reinstall mobile apps from the app store
