I paid for a subscription but I am still limited to 5 plays

Subscription is not working

To fix this problem go through this list:

  • Try refreshing your browser

  • Log out of your account and log in again

  • Make sure you are signed in with the correct account (did you inadvertently create a second account with a social login or different email address?)

  • If you bought a team subscription, make sure you are assigned a coach seat on your team
