The app is not working (Clearing the cache)

If you're experiencing issues like the app not loading correctly, buttons not working, or seeing outdated content, clearing the cache can help.

  1. Go to Account → About

  2. Scroll down to the Clear Cache section

  3. Click the Clear Caches button

Important: This will only clear temporary settings and cached data. Your saved plays, playbooks, and account data will not be affected.

The page will automatically refresh after clearing the cache.

When to Clear Cache

Consider clearing your cache if you:

  • See a blank screen or loading errors

  • Notice features not working as expected

  • Were told by support to clear your cache

  • Recently had an update that didn't apply correctly
