I didn't get my "Reset Password" email?

Most Common Reason: You Signed Up with Google or Apple

If you created your account using "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple", you don't have a password to reset. Simply use the same Google or Apple sign-in button on the login page.

Other Things to Check

  • Check your spam/junk folder — the email may have been filtered

  • Wait a few minutes — email delivery can be delayed

  • Verify your email address — make sure you're using the same email you signed up with (check for typos)

  • Request a new link — if it's been more than 10 minutes, try again
